INSIDE ECO VILLA

EcoVilla has been designed, furnished and finished with the whole family, or an adult group with non-golfers, in mind. We personally have entertained both, and hope our family home-from-home feels far more than a generic rental. Throughout, restful blues and greens encourage relaxation from the heat outside. Marble floors give a beautiful, high gloss finish and spacious feel. A playful ‘nature’ theme enhances EcoVilla’s oasis-like atmosphere, and at every turn we have tried to add value to your holiday with thoughtful touches, large and small. For example, EcoVilla’s ‘To Do’ Wall, an annotated map wallpaper of the resort and the region, super-sized - plan you holiday from here! We also provide a list of local restaurants, should you wish to venture out - although, with the English-food stocked supermarket in the Resort and the excellent and reasonably priced menu at the Clubhouse, you may find you never need to leave!

We accommodate up to seven guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms - lots of configurations are possible. Each bedroom has huge amount of built-in storage, including wardrobe, shelves and drawers, leaving them spacious and uncluttered. We had some fun in decorating them! The master bedroom has a large double bed, touch-lighting, a feature carpet, and a guest safe for your valuables. An an en-suite bathroom is adjacent. The remaining two bedrooms are a twin, and a single with pull-out double sofa-bed - for families, perfect for a teenager who wants their own space, or a number of smaller children. For groups, up to six adults in comfort. The main bathroom features a jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet, bidet, and twin sinks under a huge mirror. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and our ‘owners cupboard’. Both have heated towel-racks. Lastly, in our corridor we have a cute library of English-language books for the bookworms amongst you.

The galleried main living area is a light, airy space that encompassed both our huge chill-out sofa, TV, and children’s corner, and the dining area with pull-out table, iPhone/iPod and 3.5mm compatible sound system. To one side we have a gorgeous Spain manor-house style sideboard that we have filled with every board game you can think of, as well as giant chess (play outside using the terracotta tiles as your board) and giant Jenga. There is still room for children to get out the lego, rail track and many other early learning toys provided. We also provide a collapsable high chair, a cot and some baby-feeding utensils for new parents on holiday.

The kitchen and utility area is stocked with all mod-cons - oven and hob, American style fridge-freezer with cooled, filtered water dispenser, washing machine, dish-washer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. We also

EcoTech

Green Haven it may be, but EcoVilla is far from low-tech - we have installed EcoTech systems to optimise your air-conditioning and general electrical use, so you can enjoy your stay in luxury, guilt-free! In particular, EcoVilla is both air-conditioned and centrally heated, making it available to you year-round - which is good, because the Murcia region gets nearly 3000 hours of sunshine a year, so EcoVilla is a great way to top-up your sunny side, especially in the winter months. Optionally, we also have a pool heater, so you can continue to use this year-round too. The pool has recently been completely overhauled to ensure no water wastage through leakage.

Of course, we provide complimentary, idiot-proof wi-fi broadband, and satellite TV. Our feature lighting in the living-room space is colour and brightness tunable - it can even ‘disco’ to your music!
